The rules, kept as short as the app.

By downloading, installing, or using GoSet ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

You're given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GoSet on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself.

GoSet stores everything — history, streaks, settings, reminders — locally on your device, and never on a server GoSet controls (see the Privacy Policy for the full detail). That means two things worth being explicit about:

• We can't recover it for you. If you lose your device, reset it, or uninstall the app, that history is gone — there's no backup copy sitting on a server to restore from.
• Backing it up is on you. Settings → Export lets you save your history as a file whenever you want a copy. Use it before you switch phones or do anything else that might wipe local app data.

GoSet Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase made entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) that unlocks the app's additional activities and features. All billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms — see Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and how to request a refund from Apple. GoSet itself doesn't process payments, store payment details, or handle refunds directly.

Use GoSet for what it's built for — running your own timers, focus sessions, and habit tracking. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's normal operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

GoSet is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Timing precision is tested carefully, but GoSet is a personal productivity tool, not a certified medical, safety, or timing-critical instrument — don't rely on it anywhere that a missed or late alert could cause real harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSet's developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data that was never stored anywhere but your own device.

The app and these terms may both change over time. Meaningful changes to these terms will update the "last updated" date above; continuing to use GoSet after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using GoSet at any time, simply by deleting the app — which also deletes everything it stored, per the Privacy Policy. We may also, in rare cases, discontinue or restrict the app if we're no longer able to support it.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, to the extent your local consumer-protection law applies; otherwise, by generally applicable principles of fair use for independently-developed software.
